The equipment for hire is selected for its ease of use, requiring no intervention by a specialised team.
During the exchange with our account manager, you will be given: the definition of the rented equipment, its reference number, the transport dimensions, the technical data as well as the assembly instructions and prices.
We do not rent floors. We offer floors for sale that can be personalised by you.
The most commonly requested products are stocked in normally sufficient quantities. Nevertheless, please be careful and do not hesitate to contact us in advance to find out about availability for the period that concerns you.
The equipment meets the standards in force for the safety of people and equipment.
All the platforms, except the ATLAS range, are equipped with a safety clutch, usually adjustable, allowing the whole unit to be stopped by hand.
You become responsible for the equipment and its use as soon as you take possession of it.
Our prices are established to answer as well as possible to the fairs and events. This one is degressive according to the consecutive duration.
The rental periods are established by week: departure on Wednesday by courier, or express according to the model and the request, return at your expense for reception in our premises on Wednesday of the following week. Transport time included: take this into account according to your installation/use dates.
The shipping costs are calculated for the delivery Go to the place of delivery indicated at the time of the order. In case of delivery incidence (absence of the person in charge of the order on the delivery site, error of place, etc...), the material will not be left on the spot: the expenses of guard, representation and handling of the carrier will be invoiced to you. It is possible for you to organize a collection directly at our Factory, 8 rue Victor Payonne 26120 Chabeuil - Drôme - France.
The organization and the return costs are at your expense.
Any week started is due
The customer's head office must be in France as a deposit cheque is required.
The payment of the rental is made by cheque or bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the start of the rental period.
For a reservation for more than 1 month, your request will only be registered and the equipment reserved after payment of a 20% deposit. If you have made a reservation the balance must reach us 2 weeks before the date of departure of the products, Wednesday morning 2 weeks before, accompanied by a deposit cheque which represents the value of the product + postage and packing or special packaging. The cheque of guarantee is not cashed, and will be returned after return of the material in good condition or after payment of the repair costs. In the event of litigation, the cheque of guarantee will be cashed, and the balance which remains due to you will be restored. Failure to confirm in good time will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit if the equipment reserved is no longer available, or if the date is exceeded.
In the case of a purchase made of a product of the same reference within 30 days, a credit note for the rental value of one week (excluding postage, modifications and repairs) will be granted to you and deducted from the replacement value.
